Work Overview
Mea Culpa was recorded at The Filter Lab in Minneapolis, USA on a Yamaha grand piano. The recording features a type of live compression so the sounds of the pedal are amplified significantly. The opening section written in London in 2013, for Mellifluous Feat. The remaining is improvised, working off/reacting to the live compression.
